Many creative entrepreneurs and freelancers think they only need to prepare a business plan to get financing from a bank or an investor. Not true. A business model canvas is your guide to success.
As creatives or freelancers we tend to avoid this part, the business plan a nd its language is not easy to understand and sometimes is even intimidating. That's why we have created the Business Model Canvas Challenge!
We have adapted the classic business model canvas, so its easier to understand, complete and to follow. This challenge is aimed to all of you who are setting up a small creative business and freelancers or maybe you already run a small business but need more focus and direction
You will also receive a toolkit that includes more than 200 useful pages, hacks, tips and templates for your business.

“Going into business without a business plan is like going on a mountain trek without a map or GPS support – you’ll eventually get lost and starve!” - Kevin J. Donaldson
“I was an active student of the Business Challenge, and grew very fond of the process. All the questions that are so overwhelming at the beginning of a business, are included here. And very honestly, they're not possible to skip.
The topics are split up in digestible amounts, yet very well thought through and up to the point. My participation in this challenge and our frequent online meetups ensure my commitment to the process, which means I'm giving myself fully to the practical side of business, without which - let's be honest - it's never going to be one."
Henriett B.
“Thanks so much for this amazing opportunity to do this program. I can’t say enough how much of a help this has been. This class feels like an investment in time that is worth it if you are thinking to become an entrepreneur, you have just dipped your toe into the entrepreneurial world or are already in business but would like to stream line and create more success."
Kristy L.H
“The workshop is useful because of the insights you have with the speaker and the other colleagues. Every idea is deeply worked so in the end you have a lot of new ideas and a better vision of your business."
Mari O.
“Before the challenge I felt lost and alone in the world of entrepreneurship, I had already looked for information about how to start a business, but I was unable to land concrete ideas on how to do it.
Taking the Challenge has given me the necessary steps to detail the foundations of my business, better than that! It has led me to carry out step by step"
Fatima O.
"Before I started the Challenge I wasn't really aware of just how much detail goes into the planning- I understood the financial aspects, but understanding how to find the customers, how to send your message about your business and turn a view into a sale is more complex than i thought!.
The process of breaking down the aspects and looking into detail each part has been very helpful - especially with the links to videos to explain things such as the 'golden circle'. "
Donna R.
“I strongly recommend this workshop to all small business owners. It really helped me draw out a business plan and have a strong understanding of the business strategies. It also addressed problematic points in my business one on one and gave tailored solutions to it"
Chitra R.
"This Challenge has been a revelation. It has simplified the entire process and helped me organise myself and my goals with such efficiency.
Every entrepreneur needs this little boost in the right direction!"
Sameen A.
“Ok, here I was doing what I love, what I've been dreaming for the whole my life.. But when it comes to setting up your business, you definitely need a guideline. So, I attend the challenge.
Even at the first session, I was impressed. Questioned my way of working and began to think about how I can improve my skills."
