You may not feel it like that the first months, but Eindhoven is a great city for Internationals.
It's very easy to communicate, almost everybody speaks English , and there are many options to learn dutch. Actually there are free groups to speak and practice your dutch, which is very useful.
There is a lot going on in the city, sometimes you can't catch up with the agenda.. festivals, concerts, parties, theater, lunches, dinners. Soon, you won't be alone. And if you have a hobby, just check on facebook, there are groups for dancers, readers, actors, and of course crafters and artists!
Let's talk about food.. yummy yummy!! Basically you can eat different food everyday, Syrian, Korean, Mexican, Pakistani, Indian, Colombian, etc etc..... and we love the big offer of vegetarian and vegan food.. There is actually a local guide for it.
